Lens on Leadership: Marching Onward Together 💪🏻
Mar 10, 2025Last week, I had the honor of moderating a panel of incredible women leaders at Womentum’s March Onward Annual Event in Jackson, WY. The energy in that room was undeniable—a collective force of women stepping up, speaking out, and shaping the future of our communities.
As we celebrated International Women’s Day 2025, I was reminded that leadership isn’t about the titles we hold or the positions we reach—it’s about the impact we make, the doors we open, and the voices we amplify along the way. Women leading together create unstoppable momentum. When we share our experiences, lift each other up, and challenge the status quo, we don’t just change our own paths—we shift entire landscapes for the women who follow.
This is why women’s leadership, mentorship, and community-driven initiatives like Womentum are so critical. They remind us that we are stronger together and that true leadership is about supporting and empowering others along the way.
💡 Leadership Tip: Lead Loudly & Lift Others
As women leaders, we often feel pressure to have all the answers before we speak up. But leadership isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, using your voice, and bringing others along with you.
How to Support Women Leaders This Week:
✔️ Give Recognition – Publicly acknowledge a woman leader in your network. Tag her on LinkedIn or social media.
✔️ Mentor & Connect – Introduce a rising leader to someone in your circle who can help her grow.
✔️ Advocate for Inclusion – Speak up in meetings, ensure diverse voices are heard, and push for equitable opportunities.
👉 Challenge for this week: Take a moment to recognize and uplift another woman leader in your circle. Whether it’s a LinkedIn post, a personal message, or a thoughtful recommendation, your encouragement matters.
